LIBRARIAN I/YOUNG PEOPLE'S SERVICES/FULL-TIME
Connect young people with literature and information in a busy department that serves children from birth through 8th grade. Assist with readers' advisory, programming, reference, and collection development as part of a creative and dedicated ten-member team. Requires MLS from an ALA-accredited program, knowledge of children's and teen literature, strong customer service skills, interest in technology, awareness of library trends, and the ability to work pleasantly and effectively with people of all ages. Salary $39,431/year + benefits. 37.5 hours/week, includes evenings and weekends.
