Meeting Rooms

The 180-seat Meeting Room and 80-seat Zimmerman Room are used primarily for library programs. Local not-for-profit organizations whose aims are educational, cultural, or civic in nature may apply for free use of these spaces by calling the Administration Office at 847-382-1300 ext. 215.

Questions about using library equipment (laptops, etc.) in the meeting rooms are handled during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
 

Meeting Room reservations can be made by stopping by the Administration Office at the Library or by calling 847-382-1300 ext. 215. The availability of rooms may be checked on the online calendar.
