Wireless laptop computers and network cards are available for use within the library building by Barrington Area Library cardholders. The laptops and network cards may be borrowed from the Adult Services Reference Desk and the Youth Services Reference Desk.

Laptops and network cards may be checked out for three hours without renewal. A $2.00/hour extended use charge, divisible by the quarter hour, will apply to usage over three hours. Time will be automatically determined by the library's online circulation system.

The patron will be charged the replacement cost of any missing or damaged parts. The replacement cost of the item will be charged if it is not returned by closing time on the date borrowed, if it is lost, or if it is damaged beyond repair.
