About the presenter:
Jim Austgen is an accomplished leader in the areas of business improvement, human resources and crisis management. Austgen worked at Motorola as Corporate Vice President and Director of Motorola's Global Employee Solution Centers and now serves as a SCORE counselor and co-chair of SCORE's HR committee. He is a relied-upon advisor to executive leadership teams on issues ranging from crisis management to business restructuring.
