Description:
 French scholar Tish Robinson illustrates what it meant to be fashionable in 19th century Paris. Paintings by Manet, Renoir, and Monet portray trends of the period, indicating the importance of fashion to the Impressionists. Just in time for the Art Institute of Chicago’s “Impressionism, Fashion, and Modernity” exhibit. Adults and young adults.
