Description:
 Illinois Humanities Council Road Scholar Terry Rainey discusses the ill-fated last flight of B-29 'Hog Wild.' The plane was shot down on a humanitarian mission to North Korea, leading to the Cold War hostilities between Russia and the United States. This program is made possible in part by an award from the Illinois Humanities Council, the National Endowment for the Humanities and the Illinois General Assembly. Note location: Indoors at the Jewel Tea Pavilion at Citizens Park. Plenty of free parking available in the lot off of Lake Zurich Road. Adults and young adults.
