Barrington Courier-Review Indexes

Barrington Area Library staff indexes articles, births, deaths, and marriages published in the Barrington Courier-Review. Some information may be missing or incomplete, particularly for 1922 through March of 1925, for which no microfilm exists.

Indexes are in alphabetical order. Use the FIND button on your toolbar to search for words in the text.

A librarian may send genealogical research to nonresidents for a service fee of $20.00 an hour, divisible by the quarter hour, plus $.50 a photocopy. A minimum fee of $5.00 is charged. Copies of newspaper birth announcements, wedding notices, and obituaries will be sent if specific dates are provided. Staff will search unindexed papers for three issues following a given date.
